renodx on deck seems pretty straightforward now (e.g. for Hollow Knight), can do it all via ssh w/o going to the Desktop:
- cd “/home/deck/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Hollow Knight”
- wget “https://reshade.me/downloads/ReShade_Setup_Addon.exe”
- unzip ReShade_Setup_Addon.exe ReShade64.dll
- mv ReShade64.dll dxgi.dll
- wget “https://clshortfuse.github.io/renodx/renodx-hollowknight.addon64”
- Set Proton version to Proton Experimental in the game’s steam properties under Compatibility.
Optional: bind the Home Key to e.g. one of the backbuttons like L4.
